SOLUTION
A complete integrated solution, our Bathroom pods use lightweight slimline steel frames with customisable internal fittings, including a range of baths, showers, sinks, taps, valves, vanity units, mirrors and lighting options. Our expert design team uses advanced digital technology, 3D printing, and augmented and virtual reality prototyping to ensure accuracy and high-performance outputs. Bathroom pods are eco-friendly, energy-efficient and utilise controlled flow showers and dual-flush cisterns to mitigate water waste.

SPECIFICATION
Our light steel frame pods deliver advantages to developments that require a large number of standardised bathrooms and ensuites such as student accommodation, social housing, high end apartments, care homes and hotels.
Fitted independently of party walls, the super slimline frame meets spatial constraints and increases living space.
Manufactured offsite in a regulated, clean and risk-free environment, using lean and mass standardisation principles.
A welded steel base achieves a lightweight, yet robust structure built from highly recyclable materials.
Bathroom and ensuite pods can be plugged into MEP infrastructure, optionally linking to the VOLUMETRIC™ MEP pods.
Internal fit-out and walls are adaptable to specification, with various baths, showers, toilets, taps, valves, mirrors and lighting.
Delivered fully assembled and requiring only two people to install, bathroom pods can dramatically reduce building programmes.
All plumbing runs and electrical circuits are fully tested and inspected offsite prior to delivery and installation.
