All homes in the VOLUMETRIC™ modular housing range have a future-proof energy strategy to ensure optimal functional performance. SOLOHAUS™, DUOHAUS™ and FAMILYHAUS™ all offer exceptional airtightness of <3ACH@ 50Pa and emissions of circa 200 KG CO2/year. Renewable energy technology via Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) contribute to low in use energy consumption, while offsite fabrication allows for highly specified, precision engineering, therefore eliminating onsite waste and reducing material transport.

PROCUREMENT

We offer straightforward, hassle-free procurement options on our MODULHAUS™ range. Homes are available to purchase outright under a complete turnkey package. Alternatively, we offer lease purchase arrangements or long-term lease agreements. For total peace of mind, all options offer the option of fully integrated routine and reactive maintenance services. Adopting the principles of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, and Sustain), we recognise that a World Class Manufacturing process needs to take place in a world class manufacturing environment, and 5S supports a culture of perpetual improvement.

COMMISSIONING

Our commissioning process includes a fixed price package for easy cost planning. Our package provides site surveys, foundation requirements, incoming services, delivery to site, crane installation and commissioning. A 12-month operation and maintenance checking service is also available. Our modular homes are fully relocatable and recoverable, meaning that over 95% of a project can be reused, making it a highly sustainable asset.

MODULHAUS™ has been designed and developed by VOLUMETRIC™ to ensure exceptional performance and durability, exceeding the predicted requirements of the Future Homes Standard.

BOPAS is a risk-based evaluation that demonstrates to funders, lenders, valuers, and purchasers that homes built from non-traditional methods and materials will stand the test of time for at least 60-years. For funders and lenders, it provides confidence that the construction system is fit for purpose, removing the uncertainty of construction for valuation purposes and eliminating the risk of mortgage refusal, improving the business and technical risk to manufacturers of the construction system.
