World Class Manufacturing principles, precision engineering and digital technology allow VOLUMETRIC™ MEP pods to meet a Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV) of 94%. MEP pods respond instantly to water, heating and digital communication requirements. Incorporating pre-wired junction boxes, wiring looms and draw cables for electrical connections, all cabling and conduits are hidden within the fabric of the walls for a sleek and tidy finish.

Simple and speedy connection onsite, arrives fully assembled, reducing traditional installation times by up to 90%.
Connection and commissioning onsite are fully coordinated via intelligent interface management for easy ongoing operation and maintenance.
All electrical circuits and plumbing are fully inspected and rigorously tested to meet all required safety and performance standards before delivery to the site.

MEP pods include Heating Interface Units (HIU) and Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Units (MVHR).
