KEW BRIDGE RISE
BRENTFORD

The much-anticipated Citroen building project is well underway with ground broken on the former garage site in December 2022. The project, a collaboration between the charitable housing association L&Q and the award-winning Hill Group, is set for completion in 2026. Located in Brentford, West London, the regeneration scheme will bring over 400 new homes to the area.

CAMBRIDGE

For 25 years Jimmy’s has been providing help to people experiencing homelessness in Cambridge, delivering emergency support and accommodation. A partnership with Foundation200, to help the homeless, has delivered a programme of new homes across three sites in Cambridge.

WHITTON CHURCH LANE
IPSWICH

Ipswich Borough Council recently took delivery of eight modular homes that will be used to accommodate formerly homeless residents. Each tenant will stay for a maximum of two years and will be allocated a support worker to help them prepare for a return to work and fully independent living.
