Our modular apartments exceed the Future Homes Standard, delivers on Fast-Track Building Programmes, and are super energy-efficient and highly sustainable. Using non-combustible light steel technology, these modules are available with various fitouts options to meet the briefs and budgets for private apartments, social housing and the build-to-rent sector.

Exploiting in-house skills and an innovative approach to research and development, the offsite experts at VOLUMETRIC™ worked in close collaboration with supply-chain partners to design the energy-efficient, low-carbon homes which surpass space and performance standards.
The light steel frame structural technology ensures that these volumetric modular housing solutions do not involve any hot-rolled steel components – minimising embodied carbon. Unlike the fully relocatable MODULHAUS™ range of interim homes, the latest modular apartment and housing systems are designed for permanent residential locations.
