Displaying innovative, forward-thinking technology and exceptional design, VOLUMETRIC™ took centre stage at Offsite Expo recently. Award-winning manufacturers of modular solutions, the team was at the event to launch the latest product in their modular portfolio. The new 2-bed 4-person modular apartment was on display, showcasing the next generation of modular living to delegates.
The apartment is designed to meet the demand for high-quality, energy-efficient homes, exceeding the future homes standard and meeting NDSS requirements. The apartment is suitable for delivery on super-fast building programmes. Visitors to the stand were able to see a fully furnished apartment, complete with bespoke bathroom and MEP pod technology from the VOLUMETRIC™ BoxPods™ range.
The VOLUMETRIC™ experts were on hand to provide information about the apartment, which is ergonomically designed for maximum spatial efficiency and designed for use up to four storeys in height. They were also able to discuss how they can support residential developers to achieve programme, quality and sustainability goals. The VOLUMETRIC™ team worked closely with supply-chain partners to design the energy-efficient, low-carbon homes that surpass space and performance standards.
